Pirate's Fog * from “Cayucos Canoe Club”
authentic Hornitos Tequila 12 oz
bottle of Corona or Pacifico beer
pop top off of ICE COLD mexican beer
directions: touch nose of one bottle to the other but AVOID SUDDEN IMPACT fill remaining area of beer bottle to the first "bevel" (be sure not to overfill, and waste precious cocktail) notice the Agave mist as it spews out the tip of the bottle. Chaser is included, just make sure you take a large guzzle until you hit the cold beer. Notice the smoky breeze coming off the top as you pour. No afterburner needed. Enjoy da kine buzz.

THE DRUNKEN SPARTAN
4 oz 151 rum
1 oz absinthe
3 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
2 oz Hawaiian punch
chug like a spartan
(If you dont puke, one will usually do the trick)
chase with loads of hawaiian punch

*THE TRAILER TRAMP* from “Neko”
--One 12-oz can of RC Cola, chilled OR warm depending on how fast you need a buzz (a worthy substitute is Sam's Cola, a fine product which may be purchased at your local Wal-Mart, or any good cheap generic cola)
--Two shots of really cheap vodka
--One shot of cheap triple sec
(You're going for cheapness here, so save the Grey Goose or Stoli for another time. RC is the official hillbilly cola choice of Neko, but Sam's does well in a pinch and besides, RC isn't available every place. Forget about ice. Ice wastes valuable space in the can which could otherwise be taken up by liquor.)

MIXING: Empty out about 3 oz. (one medium-sized swallow) of cola from the can so's you can get the booze in, then add the vodka & triple sec and give it a good stir with the handle of a fork or something. Drink it straight out of the can. You can add more booze as the level gets low in the can. You can use a funnel if you're really serious about measuring with a shotglass, but it's best to just pour your liquor straight from the bottle to the can and guesstimate how much you put in. Measuring with a shotglass wastes valuable drinking time. Besides, it's not too difficult: when the can's totally full, then you have enough liquor in it. The important thing is to drink it straight from the can because that is what makes a Trailer Tramp really special and also, you can walk around in the morning with one and everybody can pretend that you're not drinking yet.

Wrong Island Iced Tea from -=MER=-

1/2 oz. scotch
1/2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. rum
1 oz. sour mix
2 oz. cola

Crazy Joe's Famous Ramos: (hey, it's a protein drink!)
3 tsp lemon juice
3 egg whites
3 T powdered sugar
3 tsp vanilla
3 T orange juice
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream
1/3 cup Tanqueray gin
1/2 full of ice in blender
fresh nutmeg on top
(I am now putting in more orange juice - say 1/4 - 1/2 cup, and cutting the egg whites to one only. Actually the original recipe called for Orange Flower Water but I switched to orange juice because the orange flower water was always so old it was bad)

'Surf de luxe'.
1 part vodka1
1 part blue curacaoa
a twist of lemonjuice (to your own liking)
mix with ice till you think it's ok take a cocktail glass and and put half a slice a slice of lemon in the glas and one on the edge of the glass. Put 2 to 3 ice cubes in the glass. Now pore in the mix and fill up the glass with 7-up, stir it for a while , put 1 straw and one umbrela or flower or whatever makes your night rock in the glass and voila, here is your own personal surf de luxe!!!
Ps: This cocktail has already been the reason for more than one party named after it. Because of the fact that you dont taste any alcohol, it 'll get your friends drunk in a tweak...one problem, the very blue colored puke spots are hard to get out of your parents lawn...

PINA MARGARITA
Tequila, Cointreau, Habanero Sauce, Passion Fruit/Guava juice, Coco Lopez, Ice Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.

Bloody Brain:
Start with a bar glass and a shallow layer of crushed-ice at the bottom. Pour your favorite flavor Schapps, (I like peach for this) leave a small space at the top. Add a splash of Bailey's and a dash of Grenadine. Notice they don't mix... the result is a fleshy, grotesque looking lab speciman of a cocktail... once you get past that, it is one of the tastiest of drinks!

Flaming Doctor Pepper:
3/4 oz. Ameretto
1/4 oz. Bacardi 151
1 12 oz. Beer in a mug
-Pour Ameretto into a shot glass
-Layer 151 over Ameretto
-Light 151 on fire and drop shot glass into the beer mug directly
-Chug Beer
-Extra points if you can catch the shot glass in your mouth

Voodoo Nightmare:
- 2 oz Meyers Rum
- Mix the following to yer hearts desire...Big Red, Seltzer Water, Fruit Punch...and whatever the hell else fruity you happen to dig.
- 2 oz of Dark Bacardi 151 Rum layered on top.
- About ten green cherries.
- Light the top of the liquid on fire.
- It is imperitive that you drink from the bottom with a straw quikly, less it catches fire, melts and becomes a Voodoo Nightmare.
Quite Tasty though if you drink it fast enough. -Red Devlin

Chicken in beer
Put some chicken meat in beer and put in it salt, pepper, onions, garlic, tabasco, red pepper and leave it there over night. At lunch time put it on a grill and wait till cooked.
The taste is great and, drink the beer with that chicken.

Serve with a medium amount of ice in a tall collins glass , shake alchohol in shaker , strain into glass (use new ice) drop in 3 small chunks of pineapple , fill glass Half way with 7-up, the rest with pineapple juice leaving enough room at the top of the glass to place one
pineapple slice, one orange, one lemon, and one lime wheel arround the top of the glass, also place an umbrella and straw ( stab the straw through 3 cherries)

Y2K Sweet 'n Sour Special:
1 bottle of white rum (not Bacardi)
* bottle of Sugar Syrup
1/3 CUP (APPROX 80Ml.) of Orgeat Syrup
flat teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg
6 whole limes, squashed, sliced or pulverised.
You put this lot in a large jug (with a cover).
Give it one hell of a good stir-up, every couple of days for at least six weeks (and three months is better).
You now make small adjustments to your taste by adding more lime juice (if it is too sweet) or more sugar syrup (if it is too sour) you might even prefer more Orgeat syrup but it is unlikely that you would add more nutmeg nor more rum.
Pour it through a fine mesh sieve to remove solids, stir again and taste.
When perfected, you should be unable to make up your mind whether it is sweet or whether it is sour but in fact, it should be both.
The adjustments are best done to small, sample glasses before adding to the main jug. Serve it in small glasses, having first shaken it in cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and put an ice cube in each glass. (but forget the umbrella)..

Dharma Rum
This mellow dark rum concoction will help you hear the distant jungle drums in no time.
1/2 cup slice ripened bananas
1 oz Creme de Banana
1 1/2 oz dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Dark Rum
1/4 cup Half-and-Half
1 cup Cracked Ice
In a blender, combine all the ingredients at high speed until frothy. Using a small fine-meshed sieve, strain the mixture evenly between two cocktail glasses, discard any remaining chips of ice. To garnish, shave a little bittersweet chocolate with a vegetable peeler over the top of each cup. Top with a cherry.
